At Oliver's Cafe, our journey began with a passion for cooking excellence. With over 15 years of experience in the food service industry, our founder Frank Oliver Escamilla had always dreamed of building a place where food was a delightful experience.

In 2018, he took the leap and offered to cater for small events. His dedication to quality quickly earned Oliver's Cafe a reputation for excellence. Despite initial setbacks, including the challenges brought by the global pandemic, Frank refused to let go of his dream.

In early 2022, Frank decided to expand his vision and opened the doors to Oliver's Cafe, a haven in the center of Manhattan. Here, patrons could savor the same freshness, quality, and great taste that had become synonymous with the Oliver's brand.
